Once communication is restored ConsoleWorks will now attempt to continue reading Windows event logs at the place that it left off rather than continuing at the most recent event.

File Monitoring Console

ConsoleWorks can now natively monitor the error file it creates when running. (). This is Console that does not consume a connection license key.

Device and Device Type resources

ConsoleWorks now offers the concept of Devices as a collection of data streams to a managed device. Devices also support named Device Types. When employing Devices, users may add Consoles, Graphicals, WEFs etc to a Device for a more cohesive view of their monitored machines. 5 streams of data are allowed per Device.
There will be a change in licensing for existing users to transition from Connection based ConsoleWorks to Device based ConsoleWorks. Contact your sales representative if you'd like to see a Demo of Devices
